河湖健康数字孪生关键技术研究

摘要:

河湖管理作为智慧水利建设的重点任务,其业务的重要内容之一为河湖健康评价。基于AI边缘计算网关、天地水一体化河湖岸线及生境监测技术、多源数据治理与底板融合技术、河湖健康智能诊断模型等关键技术,以清水河为典型开展技术集成与示范应用,建设河湖健康数字孪生示范工程并构建河湖健康评价系统。该系统操作简便、功能灵活、评价准确、能有效缩短评价周期。研究对我国干旱半干旱区域数字赋能河湖健康评价、数字孪生系统构建等工作开展具备示范及参考价值。

Abstract:

River and lake management is a key task in smart water conservancy construction,and the evaluation of river and lake health is one of the important contents of its business. Based on key supporting technologies such as AI edge computing gateways,integrated monitoring technology for river and lake shorelines and habitats from land,air and water,multi-source data governance and baseplate integration technology, and intelligent diagnosis models for river and lake health, an integrated and demonstration application is carried out with the Qingshui River as a typical example. A digital twin demonstration project for river and lake health is built,and a river and lake health assessment system with the Qingshui River as a typical demonstration is constructed.The system is easy to operate,flexible in application,accurate in assessment,and shortens the cycle.It provides a demonstration and reference for digital empowerment of river and lake health assessment work and the construction of digital twin systems in arid and semi-arid regions of China.
